Over the Influence - Processing midi visualization

A minimalistic Processing visualization of a song a recently finished. I posted some of the code to pass midi from Ableton Live into processing in here mrbook.org/blog/2008/08/07/simple-class-for-getting-midi-natively-with-processing/

... I just wasn't able to get proMidi to work for me.

DiABlu Mailman Demo 2

http://diablu.jorgecardoso.eu DiABlu Mailman is an Bluetooth/OSC application that allows you to send and receive files from bluetooth devices through OSC. This demo shows how Mailman receives files from bluetooth devices and sends them to other applications. The demo application was done in Pure Data, but any OSC capable platform can communicate with Mailman.

f8 Feed: Music Visualizer

Music visualizer + text feed for Facebook's f8 Developer Conference.

Software ran live throughout Facebook's f8 event. Music visualizer takes direct input from the DJ. The f8 Feed is sort of like the event's live Facebbok "wall" where attendees could post messages via web / iphone / sms.

LA Part 5 (The End)

The Many Faces of Arduino

devices and give them a way to control the physical world - however minute that control is. This is why it’s often referred to as a “Physical Computing” platform. The language and API it implements is a spinoff of two open source projects, Processing and Wiring - both of which are predecessors to Arduino but are still active projects. Wiring built on Processing and Arduino took inspiration from both. All are built on top of a GNU C compiler. More about this later.
